Hi

Can any ebay customer service help or anyone experienced this?. I have a message saying i have changed my bank details so my sales will be suspended until an 0.01 amount is put in new account and withdrawn to confirm. I have not made any new bank requests. Who can I contact?

You need Customer Services to investigate this,  as they are the ones with full access to your account, and to any messages you have received.

To Contact Customer Services I recommend using the link below for a Call Back option, and call as close to 8 a.m. on weekdays as possible, as there's more chance then, of Dublin answering.

It is also worth checking that the message is genuinely from Ebay.

Is it in your Ebay mailbox, shown as 'from Ebay'?

Does the email use your real name and not just your username?
