You cannot get back the postage you're now paid for. But you need to mark the item as dispatched by opening the original Simple Delivery label. Then add the new tracking number via View Order Details on a desktop browser.
Afterwards if you paid for the original label you can cancel it here:

Or if the buyer paid for it it will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.

If you charged for delivery and the buyer paid they will get the refund automatically within 40 days
If you had free delivery then you need to apply for the refund https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller as long as you meet all the criteria

You will not be refunded if you used your own postage and paid more than a Simple Delivery label charges, be aware, this also leaves you open if you do not update your tracking manually, to receive item not received cases.
If you printed, but didn't use the Simple Delivery label, the refund is issued to whoever paid for that label:
If you're staying as a Private seller, that is , you are only wishing to sell your used, unwanted items, then familiarise yourself with how Simple Delivery, which is mandatory for Private sellers, works.
