Hi 

I've returned an item which i purchase on the 31/08/2025 and returned it on the 05/09/2025.

I didn't apply for a return lable from the seller because I have somuch things going on at the same time. 

Now the seller haven't received the item and my case as now close. 

I need some help to know just what to do

All you can do is claim compensation for loss in transit direct from the courier.
