Postage

I have posted and item sold on Ebay, the day of the purchase. I have the tracking info. I used the post office as the prepaid label would not work and I wasn't getting anywhere with Ebay support. Frustratingly I can't update to say the item has been delivered and received by the buyer. All Ebay said was that they will remove the listing following my report of the prepaid label not working. The buyer has received the item and i can't access any of my funds. What can I do as I've tried contacting Ebay in different ways but nothing is helping!!

Without tracking the money will be held for 14 days but you will get it in the end.

Thank you for your reply. Okay cool, so even though I can't update the item has been posted and received, I can still access my funds in 14 days.  

I have the tracking info and postage updates. I just can't update on my listing or can't work out how to but as long as I still get the funds that's helpful as I'm out of pocket and have no item currently haha! Thank you!

Normally we'd say to generate the original label to mark as dispatched but you've had problems doing that.   Even without that the payment will be released after 14 days assuming the buyer doesn't claim non-receipt.
