Postage

I've had to pay extra for delivery, which should have been free. I had a note from Royal mail saying I had to pay £7 because the sender didn't pay the full postage.
There seems to be a mix up as the label on the parcel has is an Evri label but was sent through royal mail! And now had to pay for the delivery myself!

That’s correct. Using an evri label on a Royal Mail service is not a valid service so Royal Mail we within their rights to do this.

Your option should have been not to pay the grey card and opened an inr. The matter is now purely between you and the seller.
