Hi, I bought a new motor for my washing machine and paid extra for the 24hr DPD courier to get it here asap. The seller then sent it with Evri and now I'm sat here waiting till god knows when to be able to fix the washing machine. I've messaged the seller but had no reply. How and where can I report this?

Not a lot you can do except leave feedback once the item is received.Maybe something along the lines of "Seller used a different courier service to what I paid for"
If seller doesn't like the feedback you leave, they can pay you the difference and send you a feedback revision request to change the neg feedback.

tricky one - do you need the part or have you sourced it elsewhere?
If you need the item yo will have to wait and then as @plum993 leave appropriate feedback.
If you have sourced the item elsewhere, you could once the item arrives open an INAD - as postage service selected was not as described.
