Postage

Hi, my buyer has selected standard tracked service but i want to a guaranteed signed for service.  How can i update tracking with new postage service ? Thanks

If its ebay's Simple Delivery you are covered for most items for up to £750.

Even if it’s a ring I am sending the standard delivery still covers me? Is it guaranteed delivery?

No, Simple Delivery does not cover jewellery.   You can cancel the transaction with buyer's agreement and relist with correct postage for them to buy again.    You need to opt out of SD during the relisting process to be able to buy your own postage, eg.  Royal Mail's Special Delivery.
