Hi i had to generate a label but have posted it with another courier.  How can i get rid of thr generated label i have not used and input the tracking info for the package? Thanks in advance john

You cannot change the tracking , adding new tracking was stopped quite recently. 

eBay suggest sending the buyer a message informing if the new tracking,  and if a case for item not received is opened,  that tracking can be added to the case details.

It also means your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days.

For the unused SD label...

• If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

• If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.   Your refund here,  will also take 30 days.

Thanks for the responce should i leave things as they are with the label created but unused. When will i get paidout

If you have postage cost on your listing that means buyer pays for it and you don't have to do anything.   They will get the refund automatically.    The payment will be held for 14 days and then released to you.
