Postage size and cost

I’m at an utter loss.

selling  a large caravan towing cover.

eBay’s ridiculous postage system won’t let me change the size of the item

 or the postage cost. Their options way too small and too cheap. 

Im totally at a loss. There is no option anywhere to amend size or price.

Called eBay but to say they were of no use is an understatement.

I know this is mentioned a lot but I never see a resolution.

I guess Im pretty much done as an eBay seller as this new postage system is ridiculous.

Use a laptop / PC and Chrome see if that helps finding the custom postage, you'll need this as your item exceeds the size / dimensions for Special Delivery items.

Then, in your Postage Set up section on your listing form,  under Simple Delivery >> Package size, click on the > arrow on the right,   scroll down to the bottom, you will see:
