I agreed to a return as a good will gesture and have fully refunded the buyer for an item that they returned even though I don’t accept returns and the buyer simply changed their mind so there was nothing wrong with the item I sold. How do I get back the original postage cost because it seems unfair the time out of pocket just because they simply change their mind. The partial refund was no longer an option once I agreed to the return. I’ve chatted to the automated assistant, but I just keep going round in circles, there is no answer to my question.
