I sent a parcel to the seller and today I ckecked the tracking number. I always check the tracking to see if it arrived.
Normally the parcels arrive without problems, I didn't have any problems until now. I got a problem and I don't know what to do.
I need help.
I pay the postage, everything correct, I used the ebay QR code, showed to the post office, they printed the label and put it in the parcel.
Today I saw this message in the tracking history: Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 20-05-2026 as it was not possible to identify the delivery address. It will now be returned to the sender.
I didn't put a return address in the parcel. I never done it. Always the parcel arrived.
I don't understand, when the postage address is wrong, ebay show a message and ask to change it. It didn't happen this time.
I spoke with the seller and the seller said: I have lived in the same building since 1985! God knows why they can’t deliver. If you csn deliver to a parcel shop or a locker let me know or it’ll have to be a refund. Country is going to the dogs.
I listened many Youtubes vides of sellers caling ebay and talk to real people. I only can speak with AI, I cannot see any phone number provided in my seller page.
Anyone knows a phone number? Anyone could tell me what I can do?
