Postage paid via PayPal

I sold my item and purchased a postage label through eBay.

The payment was made via PayPal and I can see that eBay have deducted the postage costs from the purchase price.

that means I have paid postage twice.

how do I get it returned to me?

Go to orders, select Postage Labels on the left-hand side, then go to the actions dropdown menu next to the label and select Void Label.

If you bought your own postage you have to add the tracking number and mark dispatched manually via the dropdown actions arrow for the item on your orders page.    If the tracking number for the first label is there use the edit link.

The only ‘Orders’ link I see is under ‘Selling’.
I click selling and three headings come up.
Active - Orders - Unsold.

I then selected Orders but there is no tab for me to select Postage Labels.

I must be doing something wrong?
Any ideas

On the left of sales record there's a dropdown menu under "Actions". Click on that then click on "Void Label".

I used the label from eBay but I paid via PayPal and the postage had come
out of my PayPal account.
I have also had the postage deducted from the total selling fee.
