Postage option not shown on package label when sending

I've sold a small packaged item with Royal Mail International Tracked offered and chosen by the buyer (in Italy). However, Ebay is only offering UPS when I come to generate the packing label - at a much higher charge - with the Royal Mail option greyed out.

SAnybody know why and how I can fix this?

Don't buy a label from Ebay.

Take your parcel to the Post Office and buy postage there.

Or use Royal mail Click and Drop - you can buy your label, complete a customs label to print and electronically deal with IOSS all at the same time.
