Postage mistake

Hi all I’ve just sold 2 figures to the same buyer  and without realising I’ve sent both figurines in one box the buyer has reciieved both figurines and has left positive feedback for both but eBay is still asking to generate a label for the second figurine any help appreciated

If you open and click on print for the second label it will mark dispatched.  The payment for the untracked item will probably be held for 14 days.

Seeing your record for sales, I would think you qualify for money being released within 24 hours.

I don't think payment for the ' untracked item' will be released in 24 hours,  it may be held for a minimum of 14 days, as for all items with no tracking to show delivery.  Feedback will not count as it can be left in error.

To mark as dispatched follow the advice above to generate a SD label,  and as the label will not be used a refund is made to whoever was charged for the label this way :

• If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

• If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
