Hi, I sell my items seller pays postage. I have never purchased a postage label, I go to my local Post Office

Why am I being charged postage on every sale, I do not use the postage label service

Thanks

Postage labels

You can only opt out of Simple Delivery for large letter items under £20/100g (exc buyer protection fee), but it's only in some sub-categories.   If the custom postage option doesn't appear then it's not eligible to opt out.    But you can cancel unused labels here:

I checked a couple of your items and they are listed with Simple Delivery.

So, every time you sell an item, Ebay issue a label and charge you for it.  Labels are not automatically refunded if you don't use them.

As advised, you can apply for a refund every time you buy your own label.

You have to complete a fairly lengthy form, add tracking, and apply within 14 days of the sale for each label you don't use.
