Hello. I received an order which had a prepaid postage by the buyer. They had supplied the wrong address and the money was insufficient for the postage. I paid for this myself and changed the address and then tried to claim back some money via cancelling the pre paid postage, but this time it wouldn't let me cancel. Does anyone know how I can claim back any of the postage without taking the hit. Also, the funds are tied to receipt via a tracking link which I haven't used. Any help & guidance would be greatly appreciated.
