Postage label

I bought eBay postage label but this charge was insufficient. I purchased another label at the Post Office. 
my sell has completed as I used the new label not the old. Any know how to resolve pls?

First see if you can add the new tracking to the order by going to the Order Details > Postage > dropdown menu (beside track package) > Add Tracking > + Additional Tracking Number.   If not contact ebay and ask them to do it.   You can use callback on here:

You need to at least get it showing as dispatched.   If the tracking doesn't update after that you will have to wait 14 days for the payment to be released.
