I have sold an item and when I go purchase a postage label for the order it comes up with "technical difficulties please try again later", It has said this for over 24 hours now and I can't get the label to post my order. I also have another order which came through a few hours later and I can buy a postage label no problem at all so I don't understand why I can't with this order. I have tried to contact eBay but their chat bot is useless. Does anyone know how to fix this please?
