Hi there, a buyer bought two items off me and I didn't know how to combine the postage (I was paying for the postage) so I just bought two postage labels. So I've taken the items (packaged separately) to the post office and they've used one postage label for both packages. The items actually both arrived but days apart and it's all good with the buyer. My issue is one of the items isn't marked as dispatched as the second label wasn't scanned. What can I do about this? Thanks for your time.

If you generated both Simple Delivery labels that should have been enough to mark the item as dispatched. But in any case without tracking (or dispatch) the payment will be held for 14 days and then released to you.

It's the dispatched that matters. After that you only get a defect if you ignore a "not received" case or return.
