Postage fee. removing after purchase

Hello

someone has brought two items and we have agreed to remove the postage off of one of the items

How do I do this ??

On My eBay go to your sold page and click on Send Invoice on the far right of one item.  The other item will be on the next page.  Change the postage to what you want to charge and submit.

Or on seller hub go to the Orders tab, tick the box beside the orders that need to be combined and select Send Invoice for the orders selected.
