Postage costs

I have just used eBay for the first time in a while and have sold 4 items (all listed separately ) When I look at the cost breakdown the total for the items is correct but the postage I paid has not been recovered ? I posted by Royal Mail at the post office and the cost including large envelope was £13:20 which I paid  I did include eBay’s recommended postage of £3.28 per item on the listing but In the invoice it states “eBay collected from buyer postage £3:28 and even then that has not been credited to me ? I am now £13:20 out of pocket and unsure as to how I can recover this ?

eBay uses Simple Delivery, your buyer pays for the postage label.

Once you receive payment for your item you can download or print the label or take the QR code to your local Post Office and they'll print the label.

If you don't use the Simple Delivery label that your buyer has paid for they'll get a refund for it after 30 days.

You have lost the money you paid out for labels.

Simple Delivery is a recent big change for private sellers.

If you plan to continue selling on the site, you need to know how Simple Delivery works.

Use the link below, read the FAQs and follow all the internal links.
