You have sold recently but I'm not sure why a buyer would send you a label. Anyway assuming it was bought via ebay you can cancel it and buy another one. In My eBay > Selling, or on the Seller Hub > Orders Overview, select Postage Labels on the left-hand side. Go to Actions next to the label and select Void Label.
