Postage cost ???

I live in Guernsey the Channel islands, which should come under UK prices but for some reason the postage charge for a £5 item went from  £2.25 to £37.00!!!!!!!!! Can anyone give me advice on what to change on my settings to get my postage back to normal please ?

I'm presuming you're the seller?

For some reason eBay have grouped the Channel Isles namely Jersey and Guernsey into Europe , you could untick this in your Site Preferences .

Also, if Evri is selected as a carrier on your listing they add a ' premium' cost to postage for the Channel Isles,  deselect Evri that should help too as Royal Mail charge the same for all of the UK.
