Postage charges... Why haa the buyer paid for postage and I have to buy a postage label?

Bit confused re charges. It says buyer paid £4 postage then asks me to purchase a postage label costing £7.

You are using Evri as your courier does the buyer live in Channel Islands or Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland?

If so Evri charge more for these locations,you could see the price to send Royal Mail who charge the same throughout UK and let the buyer know change of courier but cannot ask more for delivery.
