Postage charge

Hi, Can someone help me, I recently purchased some vapes from a seller, I paid the £9.99 for next day delivery before 1pm but the seller has just sent the item the free delivery way tracked 48 hours, how do I claim my postage costs back as the seller obviously hasn't used the next day version that I paid for.

I have contacted the seller several times now but they are not replying to my messages.

Ebay doesn't get involved in postage disputes.

But if the items arrive after the expected delivery date ebay gave you when you paid you can open a case for item not as described and return the items at the seller's expense for a full refund.

So if I send the item back will I get a full refund including my full postage cost I paid.
