Hi, I have sold 2 items and stated that the postage service would be yodel and even paid for this after the sale. After having difficulty trying to use yodel, I decided to use evri which actually cost more than the original cost. I have emailed the buyers to explain. Will there be an issue getting my balance from PayPal?
Sorry I did mean ebay not paypal. I have not asked the buyer for any extra postage costs. My question is because I have changed the courier after the sales how will ebay know that the goods have been delivered so they can release my funds. Sorry for the confusion I am new to this.
