I have won an item and wanting to pay for it but I have a message saying seller dosen’t post to this part to this part We are both in the same country I’ve contacted eBay and it’s like pulling teeth

You give no useful information, such as where you live and where you live.

 

Sellers who use couriers may not sell to certain parts of the  Country, as either the  courier does not deliver, or the cost for delivery is two to three times higher than standard cost.

Only Royal Mail charges the same for all parts.

These are the parts of UK that sellers can block.

There's an intermittent bug to do with addresses.  eBay say a delivery address must not exceed 39 characters including spaces on any line.  Even if your address doesn't exceed that try shifting the format around, such as moving just the road name to the second line, then save as a "new address".

 

If that doesn't help try clearing cookies.   Or contact ebay in the morning.  You can ask them to ring you here:
