Poor service/care by Evri Simple Delivery

As a buyer, how do I make contact with either Evri or eBay about parcels being damaged when delivered? It seems that only the seller can make a complaint

I want to complain about the condition of my latest parcel was in when received this evening. See photo's.

If the contents are OK, I suggest you just leave it because you would need to complain to the courier and that will be difficult.

If the contents are damaged then you open a return case using 'arrived damaged' as the reason and ebay will probably refund you without requiring a return (as it was sent by Simple Delivery).

In this case, the contents just about survived. However, this is the fourth parcel that has arrived with the packaging severely damaged and in one case the contents destroyed. This can't keep happening and Evri not taking responsibility for the lack of care they have with parcels. It turns it into a lottery if your item will arrive in one piece. Just leaving it doesn't flag up the real problem with Evri.

I'm not defending Evri, because they are absolutely dire, but that packaging looks too flimsy if it can fold like that.
