Policy violation

My item for sale has a policy violation as one of the photos contains my name I believe. The sale has been ended but there is no option to edit and relist, how do I do this without creating the whole listing again please?

Photo's/Pics with text or watermarks etc are not allowed to be listed on ebay due to to there picture policies,so you would have to create a new listing,as editing would no longer be an option when ebay remove.

It’s a bit odd, surely I can just delete that picture.

I also cant relist as it takes me over my sales for the month. Do you know how to appeal it? Its my only item of the month but is high value.
