Policy Violation for Wrong Category (it's not) and the options to respond are greyed out

I've just got a message that my auction for two PS1 games has been hidden because it's listed in the wrong category, when it's listed in Video Games > Sony Playstation 1. I think it's because the game comes with a strategy guide and I mentioned this in the title (because not all listings include it).

 

This already happened before with the listing: I selected Start Appeal to say the category is correct, and got a reply confirming this and that the listing was now unhidden.

 

After changing something unrelated in the title the same violation is reported, but now the options to respond are greyed out and I can't do anything, not even revise or end the listing.

 

Is there  a way to resolve this other than phoning customer service?
