Pick up

I sold a set of golf clubs and the buyer paid for the clubs and postage, anyway the buyer lived local so he came and picked up the clubs. Ebay are saying to print my postage label and tracking. 

Does anybody know what I do? BTW I refunded the postage.

You cannot now mark the item as collected ( dispatched),  as it wasn't listed as a collection item, and therefore the buyer does not have that all important collection code to give to you,  which confirms collection.

The messages to dispatch will soon stop,  but your payout for the item will be held  for a minimum of 14 days.

The buyer automatically receives a refund for unused postage labels.   So they've got that twice.      You can mark dispatched by opening the original pre-paid Simple Delivery label (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code).  It will remain unused and refunded to buyer in 30 days.

OK thanks, it says it will hold funds until the 23rd, I don't mind waiting until then.
