Hi I bought this item I fit a few weeks ago and noticed it was split?? So I have contacted seller thre emails and two phone calls and know joy

If its still within 30 days of purchase open a 'not described" return on ebay.

If it isn't as described then as has been said you need to open a case under eBay's money back guarantee.

This assumes it's still within tte 30 day time limit (from the date if delivery). If already too late your payment provider may be able to assist.

When asking questions do PLEASE give exact dates, not just "a few weeks ago".
