Personal Information Change

Hi All, 

I am trying to change my personal information 'owners' address as it states I am based in China but it won't allow me to change to UK, it comes up with...... This change is not permitted at this time.{e243834-1183635x}

Any ideas, ebay bot doesn't understand.

you cannot change the country of an accounts registration, you need to open a new account.

Your registered country cannot be changed but if you never registered as China then report your account as hacked https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/account/protecting-account/get-help-hacked-account?id=4196 to get help from eBay
