Why do people advertise  things for sale then not answer  questions  about the item ?

Some are bad communicators.

Sometimes eBay messaging systems can be glitchy and messages are not reaching the seller.

End of the day,   if a description or photo does not show all the necessary points you need before buying,  it's time to move to another seller.  You do not want to be faced with opening cases for item not as described.

There is nothing to say that sellers should answer questions.  A good seller will have entered all info. in the listing.

If seller does not look at items every day, they will miss questions, but if they cannot be bothered, think what they would be like if you bought.

This situation is where not only feedback but star ratings should be looked.
