Pending balance not available

Anyone else having problems with getting paid after it says your item as been delivered even though it says available but not showing in available balance

What exactly are you seeing? Is the option to withdraw your funds grayed out? Or when you click on it do you get an error? Or are the funds just still on hold?

I'm not seeing nothing in the balance yet even thought it says it is in my balance ready to withdraw but it's not

Surely if they was on hold for some reason it would say and not say it is available in balance when it clearly is not

Your balance is not available to withdraw - that is why the big blue figure reads £0.00.

Look at your sales in 'Orders'.  Each individual item sold will show a date your funds will be available.

Generally, it will be 48 hours after tracking shows delivery.

Or, 14 days after the transacton (actually day 15) if there is no tracking.

Based on that screenshot, your current balance is 0. That means there is nothing available to be withdrawn at the moment, which is why you are not able to withdraw your funds.

If you click on total funds, you will see all the funds including fees, and held/pending funds. Once they're released the number will change from 0 to X in your eBay balance, and then you will be able to withdraw the funds when you're ready.

I know it was due yesterday the 2nd April it should be available that's what I'm saying

The available date to withdraw the money was the 2nd it should be available now that's the problem I am going  to leave it a couple of days then ring them
