When i try to log in to paypal to pay for an ebay purchase I get this message: "We’re having trouble making sure it’s you". Nobody at paypal can resolve this. What do I do?
They should advise you that a code is being sent, ususlly by text. Have you read the messages in full, and checked email address and texts used for Paypal.
