Payout Schedule Option Missing

Hi,

I set up a business account in April. I've just found out that you can set a payment schedule. I looked up how to do this but my account doesn't have an option to set up a payment schedule. I am looking at the same location as the help suggests. This is Seller Hub > Payments > Summary > Your Preference > Payouts. The only option I have under payouts is Payment Method.

Google says that private sellers don't have this option but I'm a business seller. Can someone help me with this?

What's the user ID for your business account? I can have a look and see if there's anything wrong.

If this is your only account, it is set up as a private account. Having a business name cies not mean registered as a business.

I does not help that I cannot get feedback and details page to open.
