Payoneer hacked

My Payoneer attached to my ebay seller is hacked and now there is payout to come and ebay team isn't allowing me to attach any other Payoneer they saying Payoneer with same details is accepted as ebay but that is hacked what should I do now?

Contact Customer Services but try and speak to a live agent,  which admittedly doesn't seem easy nowadays!

Some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.

Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.

We don't use Payoneer in the UK, you need to deal with customer service in the country that covers you.
