Ebay are going hold payments till delivery company marked as delivered.ive had a post office one this week i thought give a ago.posted vhecked with customer as shows not delivered yet but delivered days earlier anyone else had this issue.we could bd chasing for days

Not uncommon, ebay should get its systems working efficiently, before making important changes.

You didn't read T&C properly. 

Payment is released 2 days after tracking shows delivered. 

If not tracked or shown as delivered, Payment made after 14 days.
