I see from February 2025 payments will only be sent once the item has been delivered.

How will eBay know if the item has been delivered or not......

By sellers loading tracking, or payments will be released after I think it is 14 days.

Payments will not be sent, they have to be withdrawn, or will be paid out quarterly.

What if you don't use a tracking service. ?

And I didn't see anything about 14 days, that's no good to me....
