Payments on hold

5 months ago the rules about payouts were very different than they are now.

Although,  after scanning that code for the collection item,  your payout should have been released in 2 days.

All I can think of ,  is if there's been a break of 5 months in selling then suddenly an X Box item is seen to be selling on a dormant account,   this can raise red flags to eBay,  as it could be a sign that the account has been hijacked.

I would suggest contacting eBay Customer Services explain the 6 digit QR code was scanned 10 days ago showing collection , can they please manually release your payout, nothing to lose by asking.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Although you are not a new seller, you are an infrequent (and relatively new) seller and, as such, you may be subject to payment holds, especially when you sell a fairly pricey item.  Remember, the buyer has 30 days to start a return.

You can see all the details if you put 'payment holds' as the subject in 'Help & contact' but I would guess this is the relevant bullet point:

High priced items or unusual selling patterns may lead to transaction holds for up to 30 days to help us ensure that buyers don't have any issues with the order
