Have been buying items on ebay for the last couple of years with no issues regarding payment until now. My card details are all correct with billing address all good too. I go to checkout and it says the payment hasn't gone through. It's not the card as it has enough funds and works fine on other sites. It's just suddenly not being accepted here. The AI customer service bot is no help beyond telling me to check my settings.
Has this become an issue for others this month? I have also seen sellers say their order numbers have fallen recently. Could this be related?
