Ebay recently issued a refund of £7.50 to a buyer whose parcel hadn't arrived. The parcel has now arrived & they would like to pay me through me Ebay. The automated chat is embarrassingly useless. Anyone had similar issues?

They can't pay you through ebay.
You are a private seller, if you used simple delivery then the refund should not have come from you in the first place.
