Annoyingly eBay's tracking is not always in sync with Royal Mail's, what you can do, it may help, is to contact Customer Services with all those tracking numbers showing delivery, ( feedback matters not as it can be left in error ) and ask if they could expediate those payments.
With no tracking be aware, payouts are held for a minimum of 14 days.
If you wish to contact CS, and I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
