Someone Has paid me cash for an Item I have sold and they want me to send them a notice that they have paid so they can send me a review but I cannot find the "paid" button.

I am new to eBay selling

Not possible as you are not allowed to accept cash payments for sales,all payments must go through eBay checkout

ebay don't allow cash payments any more.   Nothing you can do now but don't worry about it.   It can't be helped.

Although payment by cash is not allowed, that should not prevent buyer leaving feedback.
