I am not happy with the new payment rules which mean your funds are on hold until items are delivered. I sold an item and posted it a week ago, it has been received and buyer has left feedback but my money is still on hold. 
This has really put me off selling anything else on Ebay.

Tracking now has to show delivery for a payout to be released 2 days after that delivery date.

With no tracking, a payout can be held for 14 days.

At the end of Feb, items of a value of £10 or less,  here tracking is not necessary,  and any feedback left will release a payout sooner.

The new payout system is not liked by many, but it's here to stay.  Join in the many discussions on this subject on the forum,  some are very lively !
