Payment to ebay account

The app states that I have had payment for certain items on a specific date, however, I have not received the payment at all. Why is this?

The issue could be that the items have not been delivered or tracking has not been updated yet.

The app says the sale is complete but it also states there is no delivery proof! Slightly confused by this.

I don't use the app.

Sellers are not paid until tracking (on Ebay) shows delivery - then you are paid 48 hours later.

No tracking?  Payment will be released to you after 14 days, so on day 15.

For lower cost items, you will be paid instantly if the buyer leaves positive feedback.

Even without proof of delivery money will be released once the hold period is up.

When you say you have not received the payment at all, what exactly do you mean.

Released money stays in your ebay account until either you withdraw it or the quarterly payout is made. Next quarterly pay out is in July.

The app shows no payment made to my eBay balance since way before the items
were sold.

When looking at PAYMENTS, select all transactions, that will then show money on hold, as well as money available to be withdrawn.

If that is correct, did buyers pay, as if they paid, money will show as either still on hold or available to withdraw.

Thank you, it doesn't show anything. I think maybe there's a glitch on my
account? Or somethings going wrong, I'll contact Ebay just to make sure.
