Payment for a collected item

I have sold an item. The buyer has collected the item instead of it being posted. The payment is on hold until the item is posted with the automatic generated postage label. The item is never going to show as posted. So how does the payment clear to me?

You can mark dispatched by opening the original pre-paid Simple Delivery label (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code).   It will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days (assuming they paid for it).   

Without tracking the payment will be put on hold but will be released to you in 14 days.
