I owe Ebay some ridiculously small amount £1 odd and want to pay this but seem to be unable to do so without giving Ebay permission to hold my card or bank details. I do not wish to do this and if necessary will just close my account but should be able to make payment without giving away private details.
Anyone any ideas???
