Payment after collection

The buyer collected the item, but they didn't have QR code and haven't replied to my message to give us the code to release the payment,  how can I release the funds.

You will have to wait 14 days. You should not have handed over without getting the code.

Suggest in future with any collection items, message buyer before collection and remind that code is required.

Without the code you will have to wait up to 21 days for the money to be released.

Lucky that it's a low value item, without the code you have no proof that your buyer collected their item.

It's not the kind of item that scammers target, so even if your buyer doesn't give you the code your payment should be released within 14 - 21 days.

Thank you for reply regarding the code, however I do have them collecting the item on the CCTV and driving with it. Will that be sufficient proof to release the payment. Many thanks.
